STANDARD FEATURES

Compressor: Oil flooded rotary screw, continuous duty, industrial air compressor.

Pillow Block: Mounted and connects with built in belt tensioning slots.

Coupling & Drive: Compressor is flange mounted to frame for positive alignment and direct driven by low maintenance coupling.

Air Intake Filter: Heavy duty dry type with replaceable element.

Separator Tank: ASME coded 200 PSIG sump tank, minimum pressure/check valve, relief valve, high efficiency replaceable oil separator element, fluid level sight indicator and vented fill cap.

Cooling System: Air cooled with air cooled aftercooler, spin on oil filter and factory filled with Palasyn 45 synthetic, 4,000 hour lubricoolant.

Controls: Full modulation pneumatic control for smooth lowest possible no load power.

Instrumentation: Air pressure gauge and discharge temperature gauge.

Protective Devices: High temperature and overpressure relief valve.

Mounting: Base mounted. No special foundation required.
